Vendor Registration: Regular Season Games

FOOD OR BEVERAGE VENDORS MUST GO THROUGH APPROVAL PROCESS PRIOR TO REGISTERING. All Food/Beverage vendors must be able to provide the following:

  1. Business License in the state
  2. Mobile Food Facility Permit
  3. Food Seller’s Permit in the AL
  4. Food Handler’s License

Please contact Pamela Sparks-Smith @ (334) 421-8412 to begin the registration process. Food vendor Registration prices are as follows:

regular season: $350



Must be CLC Licensed if selling TU merchandise.

Please note: All Vendors are responsible for paying city fees to the city of Tuskegee.

Vendors may setup from the hours of 7 a.m. – 7p.m.

Vending Agreement will be attached to confirmation email upon purchase. This must be completed, signed and returned to Christina Donner at cdonner@tuskegee.edu or Stacie Henderson at shenderson@tuskegee.edu prior to set up.

Merchandise Vending: 9/21 vs. Savannah State University

Vendor spot to be designated upon arrival.

• TU agrees to permit Vendor to occupy space as designated by TU, located in the following location(s): The Avenue or Logan Hall. The Tuskegee University Controller’s Office shall designate the exact location of the area that the Vendor shall occupy, and said area shall hereinafter be referred to as the “Designated Area”.
• Vendor shall be permitted to occupy the Designated Area, from the time 7 a.m. - 7 p.m., hereafter referred to as the “Occupancy period”.
• Prior to Vendor’s occupancy of the Designated Area, vendor shall report to the Tuskegee University Controller’s Office Services, Kresge Center, in order to receive a permit assigned to Vendor.
• Vendors must provide their own tents, tables, chairs, power sources, etc.
• Vendor agrees not to sub-lease its space. If this occurs, all vendors shall forfeit vending fees paid and shall be escorted from the TU premises.
• Vendors allowed the space (length) of a 6 foot table.
